Charlotte Church is best known for her wonderful soprano voice that wowed the world with such powerful vocals at such a young age. But now, the classically trained pop singer is all grown up and a mother of two! Charlotte had since put on the pounds from pregnancy but now, she’s sporting a newly fit body. How’d she lose the pregnancy weight? She generously sat down with OK! Magazine to give out her weight loss and fitness training exercise tips.

Charlotte Church’s Shaping Up on High Protein Weight Loss Diet Plan

After months of a gruelling diet and weight loss program, she has lost 25 pounds and back to feeling sexy again. The 23-year old struggled with weight loss after giving birth to her son Dexter but that’s all ancient history now! In fact, she says she feels so great, she actually wants to lose a bit more weight in hopes of doing an exercise DVD.
Charlotte Church thought she was going to die when she began her gruelling weight loss plan. She’s radically changed her diet plan and is now trying to eat fewer carbs. In her attempt to ditch the bulge, her diet plan had included swapping Chinese food for sushi, and eating five small high-protein meals a day. Her weight loss diet plan has also meant trading toast for breakfast and having bran cereals instead and then chicken and fish salads for lunch and dinner.
A source close to the singer says Charlotte has been eating every three hours to boost her metabolism and help her body burn fat. “Charlotte hated how sluggish she felt, so she has started changing her weight loss diet plan to eating more healthy foods. She’s making every effort to lose weight and has told her husband, Gav that she is going to be in the best shape of her life!”

Church’s Fitness Training Exercise Program

Charlotte follows a fitness training exercise program designed by her rugby player husband, Gavin Henson. She has lost three dress sizes and has began to feel sexy again. The singer is certainly reaping the rewards of sticking to her diet plan and the fitness training exercise program that her husband/fitness trainer, Gav has developed for her. The incredibly talented classical crossover singer and pop sensation’s husband, Gavin has reportedly been the one Charlotte Church had sought weight loss help from. He’s been very encouraging and supportive of his wife’s weight loss and fitness training goal that he’s even taken on the task of becoming her fitness trainer. In fact, the couple has even been spotted doing their fitness training exercises together!
Her fitness training exercise program means exercise five days a week and she reckons it’s the most intense fitness training workout she’s ever followed! But although she’s enjoying the new body she’s sporting and still wants to lose weight a bit more, the singer says she doesn’t want to overdo her fitness training and weight loss plan and become stick thin. Charlotte wants to maintain a healthy weight loss program and keep her curves.
In the past, the singer had confessed that she doesn’t like doing gym exercises and using fitness machines. But she’s singing a different tune now. One source tells Reveal Magazine, “Charlotte’s fitness training exercise has involved a lot of cardio exercises. It’s even included her running up and down gentle incline exercise equipment with Gavin by her side. They also did some stretching exercises on the ground.” She’s also posted on Twitter that her fitness training exercise program has gone on to include swimming which she’s started doing lately and taking long walks with her family. Plus having two kids around to take care of is another way that Charlotte has been getting her exercise from.
